Housing Search and Placement

• Case Managers provide help searching for housing and working with landlords for clients experiencing homelessness or past clients who need help.

Financial Assistance 

• House of Hope can help with assistance when clients are enrolled in programming. Funding is limited to people who are enrolled.

Housing Stability Case Management

• Case Managers provide case meetings, budgeting help, referral to services, and help clients develop positive landlord relationships.
