Chương trình Trung tâm Hy vọng của House of Hope Green Bay nhằm mục đích chấm dứt tình trạng vô gia cư của thanh thiếu niên trong khu vực của chúng tôi. Nhân viên Trung tâm Hy vọng cung cấp một nơi trú ẩn an toàn, tự nguyện cho trẻ vị thành niên và thanh niên đang nuôi dạy con cái của họ. Các chương trình trao quyền cho thanh thiếu niên trải qua tình trạng vô gia cư phát triển, phát triển, phát triển các kết nối hỗ trợ, xây dựng kỹ năng, ổn định và tiếp tục đi học.

Phối hợp với Phòng khám cộng đồng mới, Tổ chức Sức khỏe và Toàn vẹn, Dịch vụ Gia đình MỚI, Hiệp hội Dịch vụ Người vô gia cư và Bỏ trốn của Wisconsin, và Câu lạc bộ Nam và Nữ của Thung lũng Fox, cùng với những người khác, thanh niên gặp khủng hoảng sẽ được tiếp cận với một cộng đồng gắn kết hệ thống và sự liên tục của các dịch vụ sẽ cung cấp các dịch vụ ngăn chặn tình trạng vô gia cư ở thượng nguồn nhằm phá vỡ chu kỳ của tình trạng vô gia cư.

Tất cả thanh thiếu niên trải qua tình trạng vô gia cư có thể được giới thiệu đến Trung tâm Hy vọng để được giúp đỡ giải quyết tình trạng vô gia cư. Chúng tôi sẽ kết nối họ với Dịch vụ Thanh niên Mở cửa và các nguồn lực thích hợp.
